Since 2003, the Soledad Community Health Care District Foundation has celebrated the holiday season with our cherished Gift of Light fundraiser. This beloved tradition runs from just before Thanksgiving through the end of the year, offering our community a meaningful way to honor and remember loved ones during the holidays.

With each donation, an ornament is placed “in honor” or “in memory” of someone special on our beautifully decorated holiday tree, proudly displayed at Eden Valley Care Center, located at 612 Main Street in Soledad.

Last year, the 2023 Gift of Light Campaign supported a vital cause—funding new beds and mattresses for our Eden Valley Care Center residents. These specialty beds ensure the safety, comfort, and dignity of those who call Eden Valley home, enhancing their quality of life while maintaining the warm and inviting environment our residents and their families deserve.

This year, we continue our commitment to this important goal. Your generous contributions will help us raise the funds necessary to provide our residents with the comforts of home while keeping fees affordable for families.
