We are excited to announce that the Soledad Community Health Care District Foundation has been selected to participate in the 2024 Monterey County Gives! campaign, running from November 16 through midnight on December 31, 2024.

This year, our big idea is to launch a Mobile Health Clinic to bring essential healthcare services directly to underserved communities in South Monterey County.

The Mobile Health Clinic will be a transformative resource, delivering family medicine, preventive care, prenatal support, chronic disease management, and much more to rural areas with limited access to healthcare. While this initiative may take time to fully come to fruition, your donation today allows our foundation to begin creating a fund that will set a strong foundation for this vital health initiative.
